A "whale" of a Birthday!

I created this card for my sister-in-law, who just happens to be a marine biologist, so I thought the whales were fitting. 



Supplies:

Stampin! Up card stock and "Summer Smooches" designer series paper
Chevron Big Shot folder from Stampin! Up
"Up in the air" (balloons) - stamp set
"Fox and Friends" (whale) - stamp set
"Party this way" (happy birthday) - stamp set 
Stampin! Up cupcake punch for the clouds
Stampin! Up modern label punch
flocking stick / heat tool
