A happy little card

Good Morning & Happy Mothers Day.

I'm loving this little card. It's just so cheerful. I used the dotted embossing folder on some whisper white CS. Then I used the stampin up cupcake punch to make my clouds. For the "scalloped" bottom I used the circle punch to cut out circles from the Stampin Up brights DSP stack. I then cut them in half and layered them.
